Child Safety Standards

Effective date: June 13, 2026  |  Version 1.0

Nearfield Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates Eventuality, an adults-only (18+), in-person social application at eventualityapp.com (the "Service"). These Child Safety Standards describe our commitments and practices for preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on the Service, in line with the Google Play CSAE standards policy and applicable law. They supplement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Zero tolerance. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The Service is restricted to adults and is not intended for, marketed to, or knowingly made available to anyone under 18.

1. Adults-only Service

Eventuality is for users aged 18 and over. During sign-up, users must confirm their age, and accounts we determine to belong to anyone under 18 are removed. Because the Service facilitates real-world, in-person meetings, restricting access to adults is a core safety measure.

2. Prohibited conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate enforcement:

3. Prevention

4. Detection, response, and reporting

When we become aware of apparent CSAE or CSAM, we will:

5. How to report a concern

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In the United States, you may also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
