Child Safety Standards

Nearfield Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates Eventuality, an adults-only (18+), in-person social application at eventualityapp.com (the "Service"). These Child Safety Standards describe our commitments and practices for preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on the Service, in line with the Google Play CSAE standards policy and applicable law. They supplement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Adults-only Service

Eventuality is for users aged 18 and over. During sign-up, users must confirm their age, and accounts we determine to belong to anyone under 18 are removed. Because the Service facilitates real-world, in-person meetings, restricting access to adults is a core safety measure.

2. Prohibited conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate enforcement:

• Any content or behavior that sexualizes, endangers, solicits, grooms, or exploits a minor.
• Creating, sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
• Attempting to contact, meet, or obtain personal information from a minor for any inappropriate purpose.
• Using the Service while under 18, or to provide access to anyone under 18.

3. Prevention

• Age restriction at sign-up (18+).
• In-app reporting of users and content, and the ability to block any user.
• Content moderation: we may review listings, profiles, and reports, and remove violating content.
• Clear prohibitions in our Terms of Use (§5), enforced by account suspension and termination.

4. Detection, response, and reporting

When we become aware of apparent CSAE or CSAM, we will:

• Remove the content and terminate the responsible account(s);
• Preserve relevant data as permitted or required by law;
• Report apparent CSAM to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline, as required under 18 U.S.C. §2258A, and to other competent authorities as applicable; and
• Cooperate with law enforcement and child-safety organizations.

5. How to report a concern

If you encounter content or behavior that may endanger a minor, report it immediately:

• In the app — use the report tools available on user profiles and content.
• By email — eventualityapp2026@gmail.com.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In the United States, you may also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
